How much does it cost?

Our goal is to show people how they can manage their properties for free. What we provide is a simple way to find tenants, manage payments and find service providers. For a small fee, we also offer our users premium options to make life even easier - this is entirely optional though. 

Are there any contracts, as with a Property Manager?

No, no and no! Absolutely not. We despise contracts and will never lock you into one. Property Managers lock you into 12 month contracts because they are insecure. They will be your best friends before you sign but 6 months in they are probably nowhere to be found. We are confident in our product and have no need to lock people to our service.

When will your premium plans become available?

We expect to have our premium offering ready by Q4 2011.

Can I manage someone else’s property?

Yes - a landlord can give you access to manage their property using our "Team" function.
